The Symptoms of Inflammation Can Be Deadly
Typical symptoms of inflammation are swelling, redness and throbbing. Just like you see when you get a paper cut or slice your finger when they make dinner. It is a good ignition. It tells you your body is healing itself. It is a chronic inflammation that is a problem. Normally, in the house and you do not know. See, inflammation is the bodys immune system to work. When you have a cold and your lymph nodes are swollen your body sends off a chemical cascade heal you. Their white blood cells rush and destroy all infected tissues (and some healthy too - just to be sure). It is good when you are sick or if you hurt yourself, but to go inside your body all the time, yes, It is a problem.
It's kind of like a having a code 4 fire going on inside you all the time. It puts your body under a lot of stress. That's the nature of inflammation.
Doctors now say this stress and the chemicals that are constantly being discharged into your body, lead to diseases. And not just any diseases but the big ones like heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer's.
And it's hard to tell if you have these symptoms of inflammation. Inflammation has even been called the "Silent Killer" because it can go undetected for decades before killing you.

How can your reduce your inflammation and save your health?
1-Get more exercise-Studies show regular exercise lowers your stress levels and lowers your inflammation.
2-Eat better-In regions where they eat a lot of fish-like Japan-there are virtually no levels of heart disease and other diseases linked to chronic inflammation. That's led doctors and nutritionists to wonder if it was something in the diet.
And guess what? Research shows the Japanese eat a lot of fish. Fish boosts your brainpower, lowers your cholesterol and protects your joints. What is it about fish?
Turns out fish is loaded with essential nutrients called omega 3 fatty acids. Most Americans don't eat enough fish and don't get enough of these nutrients.
